Unworn, unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days by mailing it back to:

RETURNS

Please include name and order number. We also require the last 4 digits of the card used in order to issue the refund.

EXCHANGES

Please include name, order number, and item and size needed for exchange.

DECLINED CHARGES

The billing address on the order must match the billing address for the card used. Otherwise the order will be declined due to AVS Mismatch. If you are unsure, please contact your bank to verify the billing address for the card you are using.

If your card is declined due to AVS Mismatch, the charge may still show as "Pending" on your card transaction history. This is due to the card authorization process, and your card will not be charged. The pending charge will disappear within 1-3 business days.
